
Everyone Sells
OVERVIEW: In keeping with the saying that “Everyone is a Salesperson,” Bissell Family of Companies associates are eligible for an incentive on any business they refer to Ballantyne Hotel.
DETAILS: For any group related business that an associate refers, the associate will be paid 5% of the total rooms revenue, banquet revenue, golf revenue and/or spa revenue from the program at the conclusion of the event. Payment will be made monthly in first payroll run after any outstanding balances are paid to the hotel.
EXAMPLE: Your cousin is having a wedding and you convince the out of town guests to stay at Ballantyne. 30 rooms for 2 nights times a $199 rate = $11,940 in rooms revenue and 5 % = $597 to YOU!
PROCESS: Gather details of the event, complete the referral form and send to Sales via interoffice mail.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Program is for Bissell Family of Companies associates and excludes associates in sales, catering, conference services, spa sales and golf sales.
· Program covers the booking (contract signing period) through December 31, 2009.
· Room and Banquet Revenue “Group” is defined as an event of 10 guest rooms or more.
· Spa Revenue “Group” is defined as 8 persons or more for Spa Services only; does not include retail sales.
· Golf Revenue “Group” is defined as 16 persons or more and includes Green Fees, Cart Rentals and Corporate Merchandise only.
· “Banquet Revenue” is defined by 10 or more people using event space and includes Banquet Food & Banquet Liquor, Beer or Wine sales only.
· Restaurant and private dining reservations are not applicable.
· Rooms with Employee Rates are not eligible.
· Applicable to first time events only – not subsequent group business.
